Encourage Rural Talent To Get IT Jobs: KTR

Hyderabad, July 21 (Hydow): IT companies are being expanded to second rung cities and towns in Telangana state with huge talent and potential for business, according to IT Minister K T Rama Rao.

Soon T- Hub regional centre will be started in the town he said adding that the government is encouraging rural talent with job ready skills.

Along with Minister G Kamalakar, KTR has formally inaugurated an IT Hub, 24 hours balancing reservoir in Shatavahana University premises and participated in Haritha Haram in Karimnagar here.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister stated that talent is not just in the cities and everywhere in the districts and rural areas too. We need tap it to get jobs with required talents and skills he said and gave away a few job letters out of 400 something.

About 3000 jobs with 85 percent will be offered to local youth. The new IT tower spans about 83,000 sqft. KTR appreciated 17 companies that signed memorandum of understandings to start business. The salaries here range from Rs 15,000 to Rs 60,000. The Minister said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is committed for Karim Nagar and other cities development.
Besides 24 hours power supply KCR has completed Kaleshwaram irrigation project in just three years. Those criticising should at the waters bring supplied he said.

The Minister appealed NRIs of Karim Nagar to get back to start business in the new IT hub. After planting saplings, KTR said that 230 cr saplings are to be planted by the government across the state for better future.
The Minister also launched a daily water supply scheme in Karimnagar. He said the project has been taken up at a cost of Rs 109 crore and the 94 MLD capacity project has been designed keeping in view the future requirements and this will serve the needs till 2048. The pumping system and pipeline infrastructure is ready, he said.
