Hyderabad, July 3 (Hydnow): Telangana BJP demands today demanded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao instruct CMO to not indulge in manufactured news leaks, which are creating massive confusion in general public in the state.
In a statement here, BJP Chief spokes person Krishna Sagar Rao said that the BJP worried that daily wage earners, labour, auto drivers and other occupational migrants from Telangana districts and from neighbouring states are returning back to their homes in panic since two days. The news leak planted in media by CMO about a possible lockdown in Hyderabad starting this week, has unsettled lakhs of people in GHMC area.
BJP feels, this reverse exodus to rural areas triggered by the confusing statements from CMO is quite dangerous. It can shift COVID19 cases transmission to rural Telangana which is currently almost free of infection. This panic reverse migration will also lead to massive job loss and income support to the daily wagers and migrant labour.
