Hyderabad, Dec.14 (Hydnow): Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G. Kishan Reddy today said that they would not take any decision that would harm the interests of the farmers of the country. He said that they would soon supply urea to the farmers of two Telugu speaking states in the name of Kisan Brand. He said that the central government had reopened the Fertilizers factories shut down in the state in order to supply urea to them.
He also said that the central government was taking all steps to avoid any kind of problems to the farmers of the state. Reminding that several states of the country used to face power problems in the agriculture sector in the past, he said that there were no power problems to the farm sector now. He claimed that they had solved the problem power problems under its one Grid and One Nation program.
Addressing media persons at the state party headquarters, Kishan said that they had introduced a special TV channels for the farmers of the country and added that they were providing all kinds of information through the channel. Commenting on the controversial agriculture laws, he said that the prime minister of the country had already made a statement on the issue. He claimed that the central government had brought the laws to ensure that the farmers had cultivation crops with confidence.
Asked about the reasons behind the Delhi visit of CM KCR, Reddy retorted by stating that the question should be posed to the CM. Reddy said that their party would form the next government in the state. (Hydnow)
