Hyderabad, April 12 (Hydnow): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials have informed the Nampally Court that they have registered a case in the TSPSC paper leak case. The ED officials wrote to CCS ACP on March 23 to give them the details related to the TSPSC case. The ED officials sought permission from the court to interrogate Praveen and Rajasekhar, under Section 50 of PML-A, Praveen and Rajasekhar’s statements should be recorded.
The ED officials told the court that the accused Praveen and Rajasekhar, who are in Chanchalguda Jail, will be interrogated by a team of four officers. ED charged that money laundering was done in TSPSC paper leakage. The ED officials told the court that they have the right to investigate under Sections 48 and 49.
The ED has filed a petition seeking to allow laptops, printers, and electronic devices during the investigation in the jail. The ED officials asked the Court to give instructions to the Chanchalguda jail superintendent to make suitable arrangements for the investigation in the jail. (Hydnow)
