Prisoner Died at Hospital in Uttar Pradesh

In Visakhapatnam, a tragic incident occurred in Sujathanagar, Pendurthi constituency. Accordingly, the accused identified as Venkatesh, working as a village volunteer reportedly murdered a 73-year-old woman and escaped with her gold ornaments.

Around 10:30 p.m., he killed Varalakshmi, suffocating her by pressing a pillow over her face. The motive behind this terrible act is believed to be the gold she possessed.

As soon as the locals learned about the incident, they promptly informed the police. Currently, the Pendurthi police and clues team are at the scene, gathering evidence. The initial findings indicate that the murder was carried out using the pillow suffocation method.

CCTV cameras captured Venkatesh visiting the old lady’s house on the night of the crime, further implicating him. In response to this grave situation, the police have launched a manhunt to apprehend the accused and bring him to justice.
