Hyderabad, June 26 (Hydnow): TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy paid rich tributes to 20 martyred Indian soldiers including Colonel Santosh Babu who has sacrificed his life while fighting the Chinese soldiers at Galwan area of Ladakh recently. He said that colonel Babu’s name would be etched in the books of the history for sacrificing his life for the country .
He said that no India soldiers was killed at the Indo-Chinese border during the last 45 years. He said that the low of lives of the 20 Indian soldiers was being observed keenly by the people of the country. Targeting PM Narendra Modi on his frequent foreign visits, he wanted to know from the PM as to what he had achieved from his foreign visits. He said that the countries, which used to be friendly with India for long time had now become its enemies. He alleged that the Center had failed drastically in its foreign policy. He said that the Chinese army should retreat from the Indian borders immediately.
Commenting on the centenary birthday of former PM PV Narasimha Rao on June 28 of this month, he said that the party leaders and workers would hold them across the state. He made it clear that PV would be in the hearts of all the party workers . Reddy said that they would submit memorandums to all the district collectors of the state on June 29 after holding a dharna program between 10 am to 12 pm infront of all the district collectorates of the state.(Hydnow)
