Two Drug Peddlers And A Consumer Arrested: Seized Drugs 

Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Hydnow): The sleuths of Mokila Police along with the Special Operations Team (SOT), Rajendra Nagar Zone apprehended two drug peddlers and one consumer and seized the banned narcotic drugs, cocaine, MDMA Transported to Hyderabad by purchasing at Goa for the purpose of sale. 

Seized 1) Cocaine- 48 Cubes weighing about 51.45 grams, 2) MDMA Ecstasy pills- 44 Nos, 3) MDMA crystal – 8 Grams, 4) Oil burner jars-03, 5) Snorting pipe- 02 (one plastic and one steel pipe), 6) One ATM card for lining,

7) Five Mobile Phones -(Two I phone 14 pro, one I phone 11 Pro, one I phone 13, one Samsung S22 phone),
8) One Volvo XC60 car Br. NO. TS09FVTR 5112 (original Br. No. TS07JZ0007), 9) One Mahindra XUV 700 Car Br. No. AP39QL6777,, 10) One Tata Tiago Car Br. No. TS07GC 3568, 11) Net cash of Rs. 97, 500/-.

 DCP Jagadishwar Reddy of Rajendranagar Zone, DCP SOT MA Raseed, and P Narayana Addl. DCP SOT, ACP Narsingi S. Lakshminarayana, Mokila Inspector P. Naresh, SOT Rajendranagar Inspector  Ramana Reddy  said that the accused who were apprehended are A-1) Lingampally Anuradha D/o Ramaswamy, age: 34 years, Occ: Housewife, R/o TNGOs Colony, Phase-II, Near Venkateshwara Temple, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, she is naive of Gannerguda, Karimnagar, Telangana State & Quarter No. 1593, Nagarjuna Colony, CCC Corner, Mancherial, 

A-2) Sanikommu Prabhakar Reddy S/o Narayana Reddy, age: 38 years, Occ: Hotel Business (Vara Laxmi Tiffin centers), R/o Flat No. 301, Shesharamam Apartment, JB Colony, Gahibowli, N/o Narapally Village, Hanumanthuni page Mandal, Prakasham District, AP, 

A-3) Venkata Shiva Sai Kumar S/o Srinivas Rao, age: 33 years, Occ: hotel business, R/o Nava Nirman Nagar, Raod No-71, H. No 79, Jubli hills, Hyderabad, N/o Amaravathi road, Hanuman Nagar, Guntur town, AP, 

The A-1 to A-3 are friends and they are addicted to consuming narcotic drugs along with some other friends, as per the directions of the A-2, the A-1 used to purchase drugs from unknown persons at Goa and transport the drug to Hyderabad and used to sell the same to the public.

The accused A-1 got acquainted with one of her neighbors who had a habit of taking drugs at Pragathi Nagar and made contact with the Drug Peddler in Goa she used to purchase the drugs at Goa and supply them to her friends in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, she was introduced to A-2 who is the owner of Varalaxmi Tiffin Centre, DLF Gachibowli through one of her friends and got acquainted with A-2 and used to spend her private time with him. During their closeness she disclosed about the drug consumption and supplying channel to Hyderabad and also, she introduced the consumption of drugs to him. When the A-1 visited Goa she enquired about the drug prices in Goa and informed the same A-2, then They hatched a plan to purchase the drugs at low prices at Goa and transport the same to Hyderabad by Private Bus and sell them at high prices to the known persons to earn more money. 

In this process, they contacted their friends through Whatsapp/Snapchat and supplied drugs in Hyderabad. Further, the accused A-3 met the A-2 at Varalaxmi tiffins and requested to help him to start a hotel namely Palleturu Pullatlu beside the A-2’s tiffin center. Later they became friends and A-2 offered the drugs to A-3 while he was taking drugs at his Office, 

Meanwhile, the accused A-3 is also addicted to drugs and purchasing the same from A-2 for his personal use.
On 10.09.2023 at about 1530 hours. On credible information Koteshwar Rao SI of Police along with SOT Rajendranagar staff rushed to ORR Service at Indrareddynagar and apprehended three persons along with three cars who were trying to escape from there by seeing police, immediately they searched and found some small quantity of packets suspected to be cocaine drug in their vehicles. Then the clues team staff conducted a presumptive test on the suspected cocaine drugs, MDMA Ecstasy pills, and MDMA Crystal and they found the test results indicating the presence of narcotics drugs. After that conducted the confession cum seizure panchanama of three accused persons in the presence of govt official planchas

Further, the above accused was brought to the police station along with seized property and registered a case in Cr. No 54-2023, U/Sec: 21( C ) 22( C ), 29 of NDPS Act-1985. (Hydnow)
