Hyderabad, June 28 (Hydnow): TPCC today held the centenary birth Anniversary celebrations of Former Prime Minister of the country PV Narasimha Rao at Gandhi Bhavan. TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Party MLA D. Sridhar Babu, TPCC president Ponnam Prabhakar, AICC Secretary G. Chinna Reddy, AICC spokesperson Dasoju Shravan Kumar, former MPs Mallu Ravi, M. Anjan Kumar Yadav, TPCC Vice Presidents, kumar Rao, General Secretaries Mahesh Kumar Goud, Bollu Kishan, Prem Lal, Nagesh, Niranjan and others took part in the celebrations.
Speaking on the occasion he said that the former PM PV had spent his life among the weaker sections of the country. He also said that PV had grown from a small party worker to the prime minister of the country. He recalled that the former PM had rescued the country from the economic crisis by introducing reforms. Launching a veiled attack against the ruling TRS party and CM KCR for holding his birth anniversary celebrations, he said that they were welcoming the decision of the state government and added that they would also hold year long centenary birth anniversary celebrations of the former PM. He advised the state and central government leaders to learn statesmanship by looking at the life of PV. (Hydnow)
