Hyderabad, Sept.25 (Hydnow): BJP leader Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy today urged the voters of the Munugodu Assembly constituency to teach a befitting lesson to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the upcoming by-elections for ruling the State like a dictator. He urged the people to give a historic verdict in the Munugodu by-elections.
Stating that Telangana State was formed after the sacrifices of the lives of 1200 people, he alleged that KCR was carrying out a family rule in the State. Reddy toured several villages like Khaitapur, Koyyalagudem, Mandalagudem, Toorpugudem, Singaraya cheruvu, kuntlagudem, and Ankireddygudem of Choutuppal Mandal. Some 400 activists belonging to different political parties joined the BJP in the presence of Rajagopal Reddy on the occasion.
Addressing the gatherings, Rajagopal Reddy alleged that the CM KCR turned the revenue surplus Telangana into a debt-ridden State.
He also alleged that the Chief Minister had brought the State to a position where, it is not able to pay the salaries of its employees, by building unnecessary irrigation projects.
He also alleged that the CM had forgotten all his election promises and his promise to build double-bedroom houses for the welfare of the homeless poor families remained on paper only. He also claimed that the CM was ignoring the welfare of the people of the Padmashali community. (Hydnow)
