Tamil Nadu: In a shocking accident on the Tiruvannamalai-Bangalore National Highway near Athiyanthal village, a government bus lost control and collided with a tamarind tree, causing it to overturn.
According to the sources, the incident left around 30 passengers seriously injured. The bus conductor and driver were injured severely in the incident.
The injured individuals were rushed to the nearby Government Medical College Hospital for urgent medical attention. The cause of the bus losing control is yet to be determined.
Authorities are conducting an investigation into the accident to ascertain the factors that led to this unfortunate incident.
