Hyderabad, July 1(Maxim News): Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today slammed the Congress leaders for their remarks against the proposed new Secretariat and Legislature building complex planned by the State government. He said new buildings will come up for better administration and governance. He also clarified that new building do not belong to either Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao or his family members.

Talking to mediapersons here on Monday, the minister accused the Congress leaders of making a picnic-like trip to the Secretariat and made false charges. Instead, they should have visited all the buildings, he said. He also expressed his displeasure over the provocative remarks made by Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Revanth Reddy, P Prabhakar and others. “We will certainly build new building complexes for Secretariat and Legislature for the people’s welfare. There was no need for us to take suggestions from the Congress leaders in this regard”, Srinivas Yadav said.

The minister also charged the Congress leaders with mired in internal squabbles and some MLAs were quitting that party in disgust. The Congress should introspect and come to a conclusion whether new buildings are good or bad. “What is wrong if we build new buildings for Secretariat and Legislature?, he asked. He also charged the Congress leaders with making false allegations against Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao due to jealousy and political wilderness. “We will not heed to their suggestions and cannot make a common rule as offered by the Congress regime”, he said.

The minister also alleged that the Congress leaders strongly oppose leadership of Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka as he was a Dalit. He rejected the comments of Congress leaders that Hyderabad was being marooned with rain waters as baseless. “Any other cities or towns will face similar problem of vehicular traffic for one hour rain and the Congress continuing wrong campaigning in this regard, he fumed. Instead of making false charges, the Congress men should make field visits to see whether the government built Gurukul institutions in the State or not, he added.(Maxim News)
