Hyderabad, July 25 (Hydnow): State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today took part in Secunderabad Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu celebrations.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that he had prayed for the welfare of the people of the state and added that it was the tradition of the people of the state to present bonam to the deity Mahankali every year. He said that all the women who carry the traditional bonam was the real legal heir of the culture of Telangana. He said that he had prayed the deity to bless prime minister narendra Modi to rule the country in a more effective manner.

Targeting the Chief Minister KCR he alleged that the CM sleeps at his farm house and return to the state capital only to lie to the people of the state. He alleged that the CM mislead the people of the state by promising to solve their problems . He alleged that the CM had distributed Rs.10,000 compensation to a couple of victims of the foods that hit the state last year and forgot about it after the GHMC elections. He demanded the CM to come to the rescue of the priests of the temples from the rural areas of the state. He said that the BJP would fight for the rights of the priests of the village temples if the state government did not take any decision on the issue. (Hydnow)
