Hyderabad, Sept. 22 (Maxim News): As many as 100 teachers from sri Chaitanya corporate school from Madhapur today staged a protest program demanding payment of their salaries.
The BJP state unit has extended its support to the agitating teachers. The MLC of the Party N.Ramachandra Rao also took part in the agitation program of the teachers and extended his party’s support. Speaking on the occasion, he alleged that the management of the school was collecting lakhs of rupees from the parents of the students but not paying the salaries of its teachers.
He said that although there are several government orders to force the management to pay the salaries of the teachers, the authorities of the state government were not taking any action in the issue. He demanded the state government to intervene into the matter and ensure the payment of the salaries. The leaders of other political parties also took part in the agitation. (Hydnow)
