Hyderabad, Dec 9 (Hydnow): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has revealed that the six guarantees given during the Assembly Election campaign will be implemented within 100 days.
The Chief Minister formally launched the Mahalakshmi Scheme which provides free bus travel facility for women among six guarantees and another scheme which increases the Arogyasri limit to Rs. 10 lakh. Arogyasri logo and posters were unveiled and a check of Rs. crore was handed over to Boxer Nikhat Zareen on behalf of the Telangana government.
Revanth said, “today is a festival day for the people of Telangana. The Telangana process started on December 9, 2009. Mother of Telangana means Soniamma. Soniamma gave us the opportunity to say that I am Telangana. Soniamma gave six guarantees for the people here. Today, the state government has taken the responsibility of implementing two guarantees out of six guarantees. Women can travel from anywhere in the state for free from today, he said.
