Hyderabad, Oct 21 (Hydnow):  the Nampally court has granted bail to Sivaram Rathore, who is an accused in the Pravalika suicide case.

the court gave bail on a personal bond of Rs. 5 5,000 and issued orders.  After a medical examination at Gandhi Hospital on Saturday, the police produced the accused in the Nampally Court.  The Court which conducted the trial granted bail saying that there was no proper evidence against Shvaram’s role in Pravalika’s suicide case.

Sivaram’s brother Muniram Rathore responded.  Harassment by the police has increased.  The police are pressuring them not to give any clarification in defense.  We have no evidence.  Police say they have evidence, then why are they harassing us? The police are trying to manipulate the case, Muniram alleged. (Hydnow)
