Hyderabad, Aug.12 (Hydnow): Raksha Bandhan celebrations were held on Friday at Pragati Bhavan, the official residence of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. On the occasion of the festival of Rakhi, love, affection and brotherly feelings flowed out.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s wife Shobhamma invited her sisters-in-law in a traditional manner. There was gaiety enthralled the residence. On the occasion, KCR’s elder sisters, Lalithamma, Lakshmamma, Jayamma, and younger sister Vinodamma tied Rakhis to Chandrashekhar Rao and celebrated Raksha Bandhan.
On the occasion of the Rakhi festival, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao greeted his sisters, who tied rakhis to his wrest and took blessings. The sisters blessed the Chief Minister with their whole hearts.
Grandson and granddaughter of the Chief Minister (son and daughter of K Tarakarama Rao) participated in Raksha Bandhan celebrations. Sister Alekhya tied rakhi to her brother Himanshu.
On the occasion, KCR and Shobhamma blessed their grandson and granddaughter.
Elders, who participated in the celebrations, also blessed the children. Minister KTR’s wife Shailima and others participated in the celebrations. (Hydnow)
