Davos/Hyderabad, Jan 18 (Hydnow): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made a key announcement saying that the digital health cards will be distributed to provide better medical treatment to four crore people in Telangana. Revanth Reddy said during his visit to Davos that he is working on new digital cards.
It may be recalled that the congress party which has come to power in Telangana is taking steps towards implementing the promises made during the elections.
Revanth Reddy spoke on the topic of ‘Health Care digitization’ held at the World Economic Forum conference being held in Davos. Revanth said “Hyderabad city is the capital of best medical services and software services. But, to get quality medical services it costs a lot. My aim is to provide better medical services to all people. We are providing free medical services up to Rs. 10 lakh to the poor under Rajiv Aarogyasri Scheme in the state. We provide quality medical services free of cost with the help of best technology with government and private partnership. Digital health cards protect data security and privacy. Revanth said that 33 percent of the world’s vaccines and medicines are produced in Hyderabad.
Revanth Reddy, who is visiting Davos as part of the World Economic Forum conference, was successful. Big companies of the world are coming forward to invest heavily in Telangana. So far, companies have come forward to invest around Rs. 37,870 crore, Revanth is still in Switzerland. discussions are being held to bring more investments to the state. (Hydnow)
