Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Hydnow): Gadwala MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy of ruling BRS got relief. The Supreme Court has stayed the Telangana High Court ruling that his election was invalid.
The Supreme Court issued notices to the Election Commission and the respondents. Ordered to file counter within two weeks. Later, the further hearing was adjourned for four weeks. (Hydnow)
