Hyderabad, July 19 (Hydnow): TPCC will hold the former Prime Minister of the country PV Narasimha Rao’s Centenary celebrations on July 24 of this month.
A meeting of the party leaders held under the chairperson-ship of the party leader Dr. J.Geeta Reddy at Gandhi Bhavan took a decision to hold the celebrations. The meeting was attended by TPCC president N.Uttam Kumar Reddy , MP A.Revanth Reddy honorary chairman of the committee V. Hanumantha Rao, vice chairmanship D.Sridhar Babu Convenor mahesh Goud and MLA Seethakka.
Speaking on the occasion Uttam Kumar Reddy said that they were holding the celebrations on July 24 of the month as it was on the same day former PM PV addresses parliament on the first reforms introduced in the country. He said that they would make arrangements to allow the participation of one 1000 people in the program with the help of zoom app. He also said that they would arrange a big LCD screen at indira bhavan for the convenience of the participants. Reddy said that former PM Manmohan Singh, former union ministers P.Chidambaram and Jairam Ramesh would also take part in the celebrations through the zoom app. He termed Rao as 100 percent congress party leader.

He said that PV had begun his career as an ordinary worker of the party and held the posts of MLA, staff minister, PCC chief , CM, union minister and PM. He said that they were proud to be the part of the centenary celebrations. He said that the family member of the former PM PV Manohar Rao would act as the patron of the celebrations. He said that all other family members of PV would also attend the celebrations. (Hydnow)
