Hyderabad, May 29 (Hydnow): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today directed that the officials concerned to take all measures for farm activities, get ready for Monsoon crops, procurement of paddy and other grains in the state.
He held a meeting at Pragathi Bhavan and discussed on the seeds and fertilizers stocks and supply, timely purchase and payment of bills.
With agriculture minister S Niranjan Reddy and officials the chief minister discussed on the farm activities during next Monsoon season beginning June in the state of Telangana. The Chief Minister instructed that the all paddy yield is to be procured and bills paid on time.
KCR said that the farmers should not face any problems and ensure timely procurement at the earliest. He directed that the agriculture and other wings should get ready for the rainy season and crops to be sown.
Take help of Rythu Vedikas and implement Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bhima in the state, he said. He asked that the focus be on the problems at the purchase centers at the districts and farmers protest for delay and related issues.
The farmers should get timely help of bills and ensure total crops are purchased he said. (Hydnow)
