Hyderabad, Sept 6 (Hydnow): The sleuths of the Commissioner’s Task Force, south Zone Teams along with the Hussaini Alam Police team, have apprehended two persons. This gang has been providing old date stamp papers and creating fake documents to file fraudulent litigations in Courts of Law.
According to the AVR Narasimha Rao, Addl. Dy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad, the accused who have been apprehended are Mohd. syed Azher Uddin S/o Syed Alauddin, age.41 yrs, Occ: Pvt Job, R/o H.No.19-2-369/179/203 Chandulal, Baradari Colony Bahadurpura, Hyderabad and the second one is Mohammed Inayath Ali @ Shakeel S/o Late Mohammed Ayub Ali, age.46 yrs, Occ: Cloth Business, R/o H.No.20-7-482/3 Mr John Road Doodh Bowli, Hussaini Alam Hyderabad and the third one Firoz R/o Jahanuma, Falaknuma, Hyderabad (Absconding )
The material seized from their possession are
1) 100 Bond Papers -109
2) 50 Bond Papers -40
3) 20 Bond Papers -23
4) 10 Bond Papers -06
5) 05 Bond Papers -05
6) 02 Bond Papers -01
7) 01 Bond Papers -02
8) 75 Paisa Bond Papers -02
9) Death Certificates of GHMC -02
10) Stamps -20 (VRO, MRO Stamps)
11) Cell Phones – 02
The Deputy Commissioner of Police said that Mohd Syed Azher Uddin and Mohammed Inayath Ali were found indulging in storing and selling of very old dated Rs. 100,50,20 and 10 notary stamp papers, and creating fake documents with old dates, cheating the Government and filing false litigations in the court of Law.
The above accused were apprehended by Y. Ajay Kumar, Inspector of Police, South Zone, and SIs K. Narsimulu, G. Anjaneyulu, N. Naveen & Staff of South Zone Task Force, Hyderabad City along with Hussaini Alam Police, Hyderabad.
In this regard, a case has been registered in Cr. No.274/2023 U/s 468, 469, 471, 420 r/w 34 IPC of Hussaini Alam PS, Hyderabad, and took up investigation. (Hydnow)
