Hyderabad, Aug.3 (Hydnow): Telangana Auto Drivers JAC has given one day auto bandh call on August 16, in protest against the KCR Govt.’s “Criminal Negligence” in not increasing the existing auto fares for the last 7½ years (14-2-2014 – revised last time) and demanding immediate increase in auto fares on par with the other neighbouring states.
According a statement here today Mohd. Amanullah Khan, convenor said, that KCR claims that he does equal justice to every section of the society but when it comes to doing justice to auto drivers step motherly treatment is meted out to them.
He said that the other demands of auto drivers include, immediate reduction in petrol and diesel and gas fuel rates, like Jagan Mohan Reddy A.P. CM our CM KCR should also provide Rs.10,000 financial help to every auto every year, 50% reduction in the pending e-challan amount and instead of e-challans, spot challan system should be done and cases registering as before, the Govt. should stop auto black marketing business going on in Hyderabad city forthwith and the Govt. should issue necessary guidelines to stop private auto financiers ever-rising “Zulum and harassment”.
