Hyderabad, May 27 (Hydnow): Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Drama Club is organizing “Daastangoi” (traditional form of story telling) on 28th May 2022 at 8:00 pm at Lamakan, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
According to Mr. Meraj Ahmad, Cultural Coordinator, the students syed Mazharuddin and Misbah Zafar will perform Mahmood Farooqui’s “Daastaan Taqseem-e-Hind” (story of Partition of India) at the Lamakaan – the Cultural Hub of Hyderabad.
The daastan is written by well known writer Mr. Mahmood farooqui. Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor will also grace the program. Mr. Meraj Ahmad is the Director of the programme. The duration of the program will be 45 minutes.
This is the first time MANUU Drama Club members will be performing in the city. (Hydnow)
