Hyderabad, Dec.8 (Hydnow): CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today called upon the people of the country and the state to teach a lesson to BJP led central government for national introducing three anti-farmers’ laws .
He alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi led central government was causing a lot of pain to the farmers of the country. He said that the congress party had made a lot of efforts for the welfare of the farmers. He made these remarks while addressing a gathering of the party activists at Bharat Bandh program held on Shamirpet road.
The party leaders like former PCC president Ponnala Laxmaiah former MLAs K. Laxma Reddy, K. Srisailam Goud and Kisan Congress state president Anwesh Reddy also took part in the protest program on the main road.
Speaking on the occasion he alleged that the central government was hitting on the back of the farmers. Reminding the promise of BJP leaders to credit Rs.15 lakh into the bank accounts of each and every citizen of the country after bringing back black money, he said that the saffron party leaders forgot about their promise and cheated the people of the country after coming into power. He said that the credit of waiving off the farm waiver would go to the Congress party.
He also recalled that the party Prime Minister Indira Gandhi had nationalized all banks for encouraging farmers’ investments. He also reminded the people that the congress party had built irrigation projects like Nagarjuna Sagar and Srisailam. (Hydnow)
