Hyderabad, Aug.25 (Hydnow): Labour Minister Ch Malla Reddy today condemned the comments of TPCC President and MP A Revanth Reddy that he was involved in land grabbing and irregularities in educational institutions. He hit out at Revanth Reddy for his allegations and demanded him to contest fresh polls and said to resign to his ministerial post.
Addressing a press conference at the Telangana Bhavan here the minister took serious exception to Revanth Reddy for his remarks. The Minister condemned the charges as baseless and challenged the congress chief to resign and contest.
I will resign from the minister post and Revanth should resign for a fresh contest, the minister said. Those whoever wins the polls will be the hero, he said, adding that he was not involved in any land grabbing and financial irregularities. I have been running educational institutions before becoming the minister. All the buildings of my university and educational institutions got necessary single window permissions. (Hydnow)
