Hyderabad, Aug 24 (Hydnow): MLC Patnam Mahender Reddy from Ranga Reddy district has got a place in the Telangana cabinet. He was sworn in as a minister at Raj Bhavan. Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundara Rajan administered an oath to Mahender Reddy.
Mahender Reddy, who was hoping for the Tandoor Assembly ticket, was appeased. As part of the compromise formula, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to be included in the ministerial category. Mahender Reddy has been given a fresh chance to fill the vacant position from May 2021 due to the dismissal of Etala Rajender, who served as the State Medical and Health Minister.
