Sangareddy/Hyderabad, Jan 7 (Hydnow): During the checks of vehicles and inspections of the Excise and Enforcement and the police at Kankol toll Plaza in the district, Excise Police seized 70 bottles of liquor being smuggled from Goa.
As part of vehicle checks, liquor bottles were found in a private travel bus. Both the drivers were taken into custody by the excise police. The police have registered a case against them and are investigating.
The Excise and Enforcement Police has warned that strict action will be taken against the illegal movement of liquor. (Hydnow)
