Hyderabad, Nov.22 (Hydnow): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao instructed officials concerned to start the process of registration of non-agriculture properties once the Stay order is vacated by Telangana High Court. He said the government was absolutely ready to start the process.
He also said that the government had already given explanation on the issues raised by the apex court of the state. ‘Since the case comes up for hearing on November 23 (tomorrow), the state administration should be ready to start the registration process from November 25,” the CM said.
The officials have already fixed the price of properties in Villages, towns and urban areas in the State and nobody has any discretionary powers to change them. It may be noted here that the state government had earlier decided to launch the registration process of the non-agriculture properties from November 23 of this month.
The CM KCR had even asked the chief secretary of the state Somesh Kumar to formally launch the registration process. Arrangements have been made by the authorities concerned to launch the registration services from Chikkadapally Sub Registrar Office. (Hydnow)
