Hyderabad, June 5 (Hydnow): State IT minister KT Rama Rao received notices from National Green Tribunal (NGT) on allegations of building a farm house by violating GO No.111. The Chennai bench of the tribunal issued the notices following a complaint by Congress Party MP A. Revanth Reddy against the construction of the farm house by the minister. The tribunal has also issued notices to the state government in the issue.
The tribunal has also constituted a fact finding committee to find out the facts in the issue and submit a detailed report. The officials of GHMC, HMDA, HMWSSB and Ranga Reddy district collector central pollution control board will be the members of the committee. The tribubal has asked the committee to submit its report within two months.(Hydnow)
