Hyderabad, Aug 3 (Hydnow): Kokapet lands auction records are exceeding more than expectations. As a part of fundraising, HMDA once again took up the process of land sale on Thursday. In this order, a record price has been quoted.
HMDA auctioned 6, 7, 8, and 9 plots of Neopolis layout in Kokapet lands on Thursday. An acre of 3.60 acres of land in the ninth plot was auctioned for Rs. 76.5 crores. A total of Rs. 275.4 crores was received from the 9th plot auction itself. E-auction is going on for plots 6, 7, 8
In the lands of Kokapeta, the average price of a yard is Rs. 1.5 lakhs. HMDA wants to collect up to Rs. 2,500 crore with seven plots of 45 acres (45.33 acres) in total, In the first phase, with more than 26 acres of land, more than Rs. 1,500 crores will be collected. The minimum price set by the government is Rs. 35 crores. (Hydnow)
