Bodhan/Hyderabad, Nov 15 (Hydnow): BRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao actively campaigned in the Bodhan Assembly constituency today. The CM addressed a sizable gathering at the BRS Praja Ashirvad Sabha in Bodhan, emphasizing the significance of the upcoming elections.
During his speech, KCR earnestly urged the voters of Bodhan to cast their votes in favor of the BRS candidate, Shakeel Aamir, while expressing strong disapproval of the Congress candidate. He highlighted the prevailing tension in the country based on religious and caste lines and stressed the importance of reinforcing democracy for overall development and prosperity.
KCR underscored the call for voting in favor of BRS as a vote for development. He pointedly criticized the Congress, asserting that in the past 50 years, the party has contributed little to the progress of Telangana, contrasting it with the BRS government’s commendable efforts over the last decade in steering Telangana toward development.
Reminiscing about the Telangana movement, KCR invoked a sense of shared history with the people of Bodhan. Praising BRS candidate Shakeel Aamir, KCR not only endorsed his capabilities but fervently appealed to the people to re-elect him, portraying it as a pivotal step for the continued progress of the region.
