Hyderabad, Oct. 29 (Hydnow): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today launched the prestigious Dharani portal, an official website to register land records and others in the long run at Muduchintalapally village in Medhal Malkajgiri district here with minister Ch Malla Reddy, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar and others.
On the occasion, an elated chief minister claimed that it is a historic and revolutionary measure taken after toiling for three years and a trendsetter across the country.
Now there is no chance of wrong doings, misappropriations in the registration of the lands and the people can feel free of tension he said..
KCR has announced that his dream of offering hassle free and non corrupt revenue services is coming true. Anyone in America should say strongly that Telangana is the youngest state in India to offer clean land records which can be seen from anywhere across the world.
The registration will be 99 percent perfect and any technical problems will be immediately resolved as there are teams formed to fix them at all levels, he announced.
The Chief Minister has reiterated that the Dharani portal is fool proof and cannot be tampered by anyone and enable people to register sale their lands without any time consumption. It is done in just 15 minutes by offering the details online, at me seva or at the Tahasildar offices he said.
Unresolved issues in part B will be settled at court level and the Dharani portal prevent people from walking around the offices. In addition to 170 sub registrar offices 560 MRO offices were upgraded as the sub-registrar offices to offer services with old charges.
