Hyderabad, Jan 12 (Hydnow): Hyderabad CP CV Anand made a detailed visit and review of the Police Command Control Centre coming up in Banjara Hills.

This 20 floored structure is coming up as a crisis management center too, apart from operating as a command control center and CP Hyd City office.

He was received by VAK Padmanabha Rao, Superintendent Engineer R&B and his team along with contractor Shapoorji vallabhjee company representatives. They explained on maps the entire plan of the 4 towered building and the 20 floors.

Later they physically inspected all the floors of the building starting from the security areas, parking in two floors, the meeting halls and auditoriums,the CP Hyd office and those of all the wings of city police, the emergency floors and rooms of the CM, CS, DGP etc ,the data center, the command control center, the spaces for other agencies, etc

Later a PPT presentation was given on the progress of works and the pending ones.

The CP Hyd enquired and found out the various reasons for delay in the completion of the project. It was decided to have e a meeting with the various vendors engaged by the agency for execution of various aspects of the projects and pressurize them to complete works as per schedule.

Mr. Anand exhorted them to work cohesively and offers the full cooperation of city police to R and B and Pallonji. He asked them to keep the building ready for inauguration by the CM by March 31 st.

CV Anand said that the Command Control Center will be the third eye for the city of Hyderabad in the near future, the first of its kind in the country, and the only such Command Control Center in Singapore and New York.

Relevant engineers, Joel Davis, IPS, DCP West Zone, Smt Sunita Reddy, DCP Admin, and other officials were present on the occasion. (Hydnow)
