Amarawathi/Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Hydnow): TDP Chief, Chandrababu Naidu got a huge relief in the skill scam case. A.P High Court has granted regular bail to Chandrababu Naidu, who is on remand in the Skill Scam case was released on interim bail due to health problems.
Against this background, the lawyers filed a petition in the High Court to grant regular bail to Chandrababu Naidu and there were arguments in the High Court, on November 16, the AP High court announced that the arguments were over.
Today (Monday) November 20, at 2.15 pm, the AP High Court gave its verdict. Arguments on the bail petition were completed recently. The High Court has reserved its verdict. Senior Advocate Siddharth Luthra and Dammalapati Srinivas heard arguments on behalf of Chandrababu, while AAg Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy heard arguments on behalf of CID.
While Chandrababu is currently on interim bail in the skill development case, it is known that he has filed a petition for full bail. Arguments were held on the 15th of this month. But as there was no time to hear the full arguments that day, the hearing was adjourned to November 16. The adjourned court granted bail as arguments were completed that day.
The High Court judge agreed with the arguments of Chandrababu’s lawyers on the bail petition filed by TDP’s Chandrababu in the skill case. Justice T. Mallikarjun Rao gave his verdict granting bail to Chandrababu to this extent. Lawyers say that with regular bail, Chandrababu’s interim bail has also been removed, it should be clear what conditions the court has imposed on the issues related to the case.
After closing arguments on this petition, the court reserved judgment. On behalf of Chandrababu, senior advocates Siddhartha Luthra, Dommalapati Srinivas, Additional AG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy heard arguments on behalf of CID, heated arguments were held in the AP High Court on his bail petition. Senior lawyers argued on behalf of Chandrababu that AP CID is acting as told by political elders. (Hydnow)
