Hyderabad, Aug 24 (Hydnow): Telangana High Court has given another major jolt to the Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao government as it has disqualified the Gadwal BRS MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy.
The High Court ruled that the election of MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy was invalid.
The court convicted Krishna Mohan Reddy for submitting a false affidavit. The High Court recognised BJP’s candidate D.K Aruna as the MLA of the second position. Krishna Mohan Reddy was fined Rs. 3 lakh. In this, the court ordered to give Rs. 50 thousand to D.K Aruna. (Hydnow)
