Hyderabad, Sept.15 (Hydnow): The Telangana High court today dismissed a petition filed by the ruling YSRCP MP Raghurama Krishna Raju urging it to transfer the bail cancellation petition filed by him in the city based Special CBI Court urging it to cancel the bail of AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy and the party MP Vijaya Sai Reddy.
Delivering its verdict, the HC said that the petition was filed on the basis of pure conjectures.
However the HC has allowed another petition urging the court to initiate contempt of court proceedings against Sakshi Telugu daily and said that it was transferring the case before it. (Hydnow)
