Hyderabad, July 11 (Hydnow): Finance Minister T Harish Rao today stated that the government of Telangana is committed to provide jobs and employment to youth. He welcomed student leaders from PDSU, SFI and TNSU of Huzurabad segment into the TRS party fold in his presence in a program in the city here. The minister offered the students with party shawls.
Speaking on the occasion, Harish Rao said that chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directed to fill up 50000 posts. Our State is for water, jobs and resources, the minister said. We have recently filled up 30000 posts a and half lakh jobs to be filled up soon, he announced. Youth and students are real wealth of the state who have to contribute for state development. He asked them to take welfare and development programs to people. The government will keep its promises on the jobs development programs Harish Rao said. The TRS will provide all support to the student leaders who joined it, the finance minister said.
He also said that the state is attracting more investments and big companies are opening business in the state. Our youth and students got many jobs and will get lakhs more in the private sector, he said. The student leaders alleged that Etala Rajender as the minister harassed them with cases and sent to jail.
