Hyderabad, May 28 (Hydnow): Finance Minister T Harish Rao today attended 43rd GST Council meeting. The meeting chaired by union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman and attended virtually by the finance ministers of all the states. From BRKR Bhavan in Telangana Harish Rao and chief secretary Sommesh Kumar interacted with the union minister.
They informed to the centre of Corona cases and steps being taken like lockdown to check virus spread.The states urged the GST council to relax taxes on injections, oxygen, medicines and equipment to fight Corona Cases and reduce spread and fatalities.The GST council is to announce its measures after the meeting.(Hydnow)
