Hyderabad, Nov.16 (Hydnow): After Dubbaka poll debacle, Finance Minister, T Harish Rao has today slammed the BJP for lack of ideology.
To prepare for ensuing GHMC polls, Harish Rao addressed a TRS party meeting at Patancheruvu area near city . He accused the opposition parties of hindering development and seeking votes during polls. They do nothing for development and only coming to ask for votes when the elections are round the corner.
The congress and TDP rule failed to give power and waters to people who came on to roads in protest. While the YSR government was noted for power holidays for industrial sector. Both the YSR and the TD regimes sold lands in Patancheruvu area and did not build a single market.

He claimed that the KCR government has built a market in 15 acres worth Rs 180 cr by spending Rs 10 cr and took up development programs, Harish Rao said. The government offers 4000 units of double bedroom houses to the poor in this location he said. Despite failing to cater to needs and the opposition parties coming in the way of development projects.
The KCR government has waived 50 percent of property taxes to people who faced a lot of hardship and difficulties due to Corona pandemic, he said. Even this is not getting mingled by the Congress and the BJP leaders making false charges. The people will discard them and support the TRS leaders working for welfare he said.
The minister has asked the leaders and activities to coordinate and go to people with schemes. Let us follow guidelines of KCR to win the GHMC polls, and take development programs to people doorsteps, he added. BJP has done dirty politics in Bihar by wooing the voters with free corona vaccine he fumed. Don’t the BJP government at the centre give vaccine free to Telangana people he asked.
