Hyderabad, Aug 1 (Hydnow): For the past few days, differences between Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundera Rajan and the State government led by Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao have been going on over the issue of pending bills in Telangana.

The Telangana government has also approached the Supreme Court that the Governor has not passed many bills. Out of the total 10 bills, the Governor gave approval to three. Two Bills have been sent for the president’s assent. The state government has been asked for an explanation on the other two Bills. Out of the remaining three Bills, one Bill was rejected. Two other Bills were sent back to the government for additional clarification. due to this, there was strong opposition from the Government to the Governor’s behavior.

The governor once again made key comments on the latest pending Bills. “I am not against anyone, I have given reasons why I rejected the Bills. I don’t mean to send back Bills. I will not be responsible if the government names me. I am not doing political acting. Let’s see how the government will respond to the reasons I have given, said Governor Tamilisai.

Speaking on the untimely rains, the Governor said that the people of Telangana were suffering due to the untimely rains. It is sad to see people trapped in floods. She said that the government should protect the people better. She said that the people’s representatives should stand by the people and the people of the remote areas are facing a lot of difficulties.

Some political parties have given a memorandum on rain. The Hyderabad Jalpally area has been affected due to rains. she ordered the government to stand by the people who were submerged in water. She said that she has asked the government for a report on the rains and will send it to the Center as soon as it is received. Governor announced that she will visit the flood-affected areas soon.
