Hyderabad, Dec.5 (Hydnow): Former Minister and TRS leader Kamatham Ramreddy passed away at his residence due to prolonged illness here today. He was 83.
He was first elected from Parigi as an Independent in 1967 and later as Congress candidate in 1972 and 1989. He was elected as a member of the Legislative Council (MLC) in 1980. He was the Chief Whip in 1968 and was inducted in Jalagam Vengala Rao Cabinet.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has mourned the death of former Minister Kamatham Ramreddy.
