Hyderabad, May 28: Former Minister Eatala Rajender’s wife Jamuna approached the state High Court challenging the survey notices issued by the state government regarding Masaipet lands. Advocate General told the court that they gave notices to bring clarity among the encroachments of assigned lands. The High Court further questioned the petitioner’s advocate about what’s wrong in issuing survey notices on assigned lands.
Giving a reply, he said that they issued notices without any valid reason. The state government strategically moving steps in land encroachment case and revenue, vigilance and ACB sleuths conducted the investigation.
