Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 15 (Hydnow): The National Center for Seismology (NCS) said that an earthquake of magnitude 3.1 occurred in Haryana’s Faridabad at 4.08 pm on Sunday.
It said that the epicenter of the earthquake was recorded nine kilometers each of Faridabad and 30 kilometers south-east of Delhi. Due to this impact, the earth shook in Delhi-NCR. Many locals said that the people were panicked and the materials in the houses were shaken. This is the second earthquake in the national capital in the last fortnight.
Earlier, on October 3, a strong earthquake hit the Delhi-NCR region. Locals left their houses and offices and ran out. The impact of four earthquakes that occurred within an hour in the neighboring country of Nepal. also affected our country’s capital, Delhi. The magnitude of the first earthquake was recorded as 4.6 on the Richter scale. The second was recorded as 6.2 (Hydnow)
