Hyderabad, Sept.2 (Hydnow): Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao has announced that the cable stay bridge on Durgam Cheruvu will be unveiled very soon. Durgam Cheruvu in the city considered longest in the country.
It is first suspension bridge in the city with cables and decorated in beautiful colours. The state government spent Rs 184 cr to build this 754.38 mt long multiple cable bridge. A beautiful video of this bridge is going viral in the internet as people eager to watch its beauty and structure in awe.
It will soon become a tourist spot as it gets a great and awe-inspiring look in colours. It will decrease distance between Madhapur and Jubilee Hills and saves time of road users. The cable bridge is first of its kind as it hangs.
The state government allotted 60 percent finds for basic facilities and infrastructure in the city. GHMC and other officials have involved in the bridge construction which will attract more people. (Hydnow)
