Hyderabad, Aug 17 (Hydnow): Day-by-day drug traffic is increasing in Hyderabad. Police Commissioner CV Anand said that drugs were seized once again in two separate areas of the city.

The police have arrested six people who were transporting drugs within the Langar House Police Station, it is stated that ganja worth Rs. one crore, drugs worth Rs. 11, 44 kg ganga, four wheelers four, and eight cell phones were seized in two cases.

Police Commission said that Pastor Davison from Bangalore was arrested by Narcotics Bureau police, Davison, who is the Chairman of the India Nigerians Welfare Association said that he was supplying drugs under the guise of the welfare association. The Commissioner explained that drugs worth lakhs were seized by Narcotics Bureau Police.

According to the police, an elaborate intelligence system is being set up to prevent the transportation of ganja, Vankadothu said Veeranna was the man accused in the ganja traffic. He said that Viranna got into the ganja business after working as a bank employee and then as a teacher due t low income. Vankadothu disclosed that there were 5 cases against Veeranna in the past. He said that they used to come from Vizag to Warangal and change the drivers in between.

He said that Nikilesh, who is in Beed, Maharashtra, used to buy ganja in small amount and sell it for a large amounts, thus Veeranna used to do ganja business. It is stated that the accused owns a lavish house, JCB, Innova cars, Super Mart, and Mohini wines. Along with them, as the accused got used to a luxurious life, 20 people were brought into his business. (Hydnow)
