Hyderabad, August 14 (Hydnow): Director-General of Police (DGP) Anjani Kumar held an interactive session with eight IAS probationers of the Telangana cadre to discuss the various reforms introduced in the police department since the formation of the state. today.
The session, which was held at the DGP’s office in Hyderabad, was part of the probationers’ orientation training program. Anjani Kumar gave a detailed presentation on the reforms, which included the creation of new police stations, the introduction of modern technology, and the strengthening of community policing. He also spoke about the department’s initiatives to improve the welfare of its personnel.
The probationers, who are all from different backgrounds, were eager to learn more about the reforms and the challenges faced by the police department. They asked a number of questions, which Anjani Kumar answered patiently. He also encouraged them to share their ideas on how to further improve the police force.
