Visakhapatnam, June 14 (Hydnow): YSRCP General Secretary Dadi Veerabhadra Rao came down heavily on TDP national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu for his criticism of CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He alleged that Naidu was creating unnecessary scene when the CM was working hard to punish the corrupt leaders of the state.
Speaking to media persons in the city, Rao said that both Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh looted the state during their five year long rule. He alleged that the duo had a role in all kinds of the scams that took place during the five year long rule of the TDP. He also alleged that Naidu was trying to divert the attention by raising the BC card after the arrest of his party leader K. Atchanaidu in multicrore ESI scam. He also said that Naidu was talking of witch-hunting after the arrest of another party leader JC Prabhakar Reddy. Making it clear that all the TDP MLAs would have joined the ruling party if their CM had opened gates of their party, Rao said that YS Jagan did not do so as he is a leader with moral values. He said that the CM had asked the TDP MLAs to join their party after tendering resignations from their posts.
He reminded Naidu that he not only induced 23 MLAs of the YSRCP during his term but also made some of them as the state ministers. Talking about the rule of CM YS Jagan, he said that the ₹44000 crore worth benefits were availed by the four crore people of the state during their last one year. Terming the ESI scam as worth ₹150 crore, he doubted the role of Nara Lokesh in the scam and demanded the state government to inquire into the issue and expose the role played by the son of Naidu.
