Nalgonda MP Capt N. Uttam Kumar Reddy and former MLA N Padmavathi held elections preparatory meetings with leaders of Kodad constituency on Wednesday.
Addressing a press conference later, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the Congress party would win Kodad with a minimum majority of 50,000 votes. He said that the Congress would win 70 seats and form the next government in Telangana in December this year.
He said that the people of Kodad were fed up with the corruption, misconduct, and use of police force to harass the common man by the local MLA.
