Hyderabad, Aug.11 (Hydnow): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today finalized the name of the party for Huzurabad segment by-election.

He picked up Gellu Srinivas Yadav, president of TRS Student wing for the key polls in Huzurabad. Gellu Srinivas Yadav is from Himmat Nagar of Veena Vanka mandal in Karim Nagar district. Srinivas completed his MA and LLB from Osmania University. He also done his Ph.D in political science.

Srinivas will contest against the BJP’s Etala Rajender or his wife Jamuna in the by-election. Sriniva Yadav enjoys support of the Party leadership and got an opportunity to contest the by-election, as its schedule yet to be announced.

With this the TRS has come up with candidate and started a poll bugle while the Election Commission is yet to decide the schedule for the by-election.

The seat was vacated for the segment after Etala Rajender was ousted from the ministry and the TRS party by the Chief Minister on allegations of land grabbing.

The TRS boss has announced Dalit Bandhu program from Huzurabad segment and began it well in advance from Vasalamarri village in Yadadri Bhuvangiri district.

Animal Husbandry Minister, T Srinivas Yadav said that the people of Huzurabad segment should support the TRS candidate in the by-election.

He informed media persons at Telangana Bhavan that the state implementing many welfare schemes like nowhere in India.

He said that the TRS leadership selected it’s student wing leader for the poll in Huzurabad segment. Srinivas will serve people if cited to power the minister said. If the BJP gets the seat it’s tally of MLAs will increase and he won’t develop the segment, he said. Vote Srinivas to win to develop the segment with blessings and support of the Chief Minister.(Hydnow)
