Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao directed Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to launch investigation into another complaint lodged against land encroachment by the family members of former Minister Eatala Rajender.
He asked the ACB, Vigilance, Revenue and other departments to conduct a thorough investigation and submit a report to the government.
The Chief Minister was responding to a complaint lodged by Mahesh Mudiraj, a resident of Ravalkole village in Medchal mandal of Medchal Malkajgiri district recently.
In a letter written to the Chief Minister, Mahesh alleged that Rajender’s son Nitin Reddy had encroached his land of about 10.11 acres using forged documents.
He sought justice and restoration of his hereditary property to him.
